Really only 2nd firm, Liftkits4less was using Fruci, MCGI was using Marcum, after merger complete FLES dropped Marcum and retained Fruci(don't know when they first hired them). Chris stated things would go quicker with the new accounting firm in a message to MAJIK76 through their Facebook page. Check his posts for the screenshot. My opinion was Fruci did not have the manpower to do the work for FLES in a timely manner. They have been trying to hire auditing staff for over 6 months! They may have also not been one of their more "important" clients so they were on the back burner. Anyway I say good riddance to Fruci and welcome to LJ Soldinger and Associates. Please do a better job than Fruci!
