More digging

I think the court case #3 below shows why Groton is scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2020...


No other outstanding cases as far as I can tell.


1. JCI USA INC. v. FUELCELL ENERGY, INC.

Case was filed on July 1 and withdrawn on 10-24 (!)  for $216,000:
