Is SFIO and CBDZ about to be 1 company. This is a real question.

Last night it was brought out to me, SFIO is looking at "3 of 11" target companies to take over soon.
Somewhere it was written that CBDZ was going to buy 3 small companies, and they were listed by location, description, employee count, and cost.. all totaling $1M... (I have hunted this and cannot find it but sure it was a URL in a post somewhere. Neither of us find it but both of us had read it somewhere. )

Interesting set up.. May get some clarity from CC this evening from CBDZ/KDCE..
This SFIO is undervalued here for the future water and CBD water business alone but, there are numerous alliance attributes that glow with possibilities.
