If no PE or company (TXN, MU) comes to its rescue with a buyout offer, it could easily trade down close to its net cash value over the next few months ($8-9/sh). Should be volatile and interesting to watch. Looks like a very easy short today as I would think it will see low $14's to $13's today unless the big boys know about a buyout (i.e., PLAY a few weeks ago). Good Luck.
