Unless you think this company with huge debt and $100k or so in questionable revenues and a history of lies and deception is going to run from .0003 to .01 and hold above a penny at a $10MM+ market cap for 30 consecutive days while everybody holding the 1B+ shares out there just keeps holding and note holders refrain from dumping indefinitely...

Much more plausible is that Pierce will do exactly what he did two years ago. Announce some BS “partnership” to justify the reverse split and then get uplisted for a few months until the price eventually falls back below .01 on its way back to right where we are today.
