This is exactly what he did in 2018, with his purchase of 250,000 series "I" preferred with voting rights of 12,000 to 1. Which had a Sept 31 2018 deadline. That move got his 10 bill A/S and 500 to 1 reverse split. Then he converted the series "I"'s into common @ .0001. Note this time the conversion from $1.00 per series "K" shares divided by .0001, gives him 2.5 Bill of common and the increase of the A/S is up 2.5 bill to 12.5.
As I said in the last post: the 8k was a setup for next year. So here's the GUESSED at set up now, after the latest news.
1 Become fully reporting with 2019 Q's.
2 Put up a increase in A/S and a R/S split some time in 2020.
All before DEC 31 the deadline for the 40k voting power.
Then convert the new series K's boosting the new A/S up to 12 .5 bill before the 500 to 1 split. 2018 all over again. 2019 debit reduce again. $10 mill management loans stand in place and the rinse and wash complete again in Q1/Q2 ? 2020.
The only thing missing is how he can reward the 2019 VCs for their continued funding this time. There has to be a VC profit run some where in there. Then walkdown to .0001 again, before any split is activated.
We'll see timing when 8k's come in Dec & early 2020. There should be some business news in Dec. before the A/S & R/S news. IMO To build retail willingness to buy the run.
At any rate our bags of worthless shares will never get even. So pick an acceptable loss and jump out if you see the VC profit run!!!
This as usual is all speculation. But this time, I do expect a profit run Dec/Jan. After the billions given for funding @.0001 this year. He must have planned how the VC's get a profit this time; or they wouldn't have come back funding 2019; after 2018's split where their shares also split.
You can't screw a big guy and expect and get heir support again, without a profit plan for them !!! We should see that run this time. Plan your actions for it. IMO don't buy any hype.
