I too could have used this explanation to provide me some insight. I honestly don't know a ton about this company, but wanted to make an investment in a 3D company, so this is the one I read up on and from what I all read, they sounded the most promising to me for the SP it was at. That's all! I'm sorry for coming across as though I may have known more. I truly felt this was a good investment when I got in.
