That sounds fantastic to me.

I will be the first to admit I have no idea. I am in because its a Lazar shell and because of the DD already presented on the thread.

I hope it's correct because we are all going to win big.

Just trying to bring some balance and say that Warren Buffet could buy a shell and it would pretty much remain worthless (value wise) if he didn't put something in it.
