I’ve been looking into your DDs and others. I’ve got two questions.

1. Why is there no 8K on the change of officer? It’s also not available in Colorado SOS. I know Tony is only a broker but he signed off all the filings as the CEO.

2. Shouldn’t Liz know the details on the deal of the asset exchange agreement? Did Liz get paid for relinquishing her controlling interest in the company? That should also appear in the filing.
