They just sent the title or cover page, which states draft on it. I think they want to make the point that since this is a draft, it is not credible for use in the case. Thus, filing p1 of the draft is their strategy.

To your question on ex a-e, I think they filed a note yesterday asking the judge to consider them attached to the msj as they were actually attached to another docket entry. Not sure why they couldn’t just attach to the msj but I trust everyone w pacer access has already reviewed these exhibits
