Could be a buy back attempt, if Bishop has a new source of funds/income it would be prudent for the company to do a buyback which would increase the market value. Were only talking about a little more than a $100,000, which could be in the realm of a possibility.

It could also still be the options from the settlement. I’m not familiar with that process. Bishop could be trying to buy back the options from the settlement.

At any rate, something is happening, and from the last couple of PR’s I am assuming what ever it is, it’s a positive event. Of course, you know what they say about assuming.
