The Current OS is estimated at 1.5B ~ 1.2B shares since the TA is Gagged while the New Huge AS is 3B shares which was raised from as low as 110M shares!

The company must file the Key Form 15-12G ASAP in order to stay on the OTC PinkSheet market, instead of the OTC GreySheet market!

The company also need to file a series of financial reports (10-Qs and 10-Ks) in order to become OTC Fully-Reporting (such as OTCCI tier) again...
