Agreed. I hoping to see more traction and a faster turn around with LJ Soldinger & Associates LLC.

FLES is not using accounting firms the audit their quarterly reports. Audits will be used on the annual 10-K.


"Like every other publicly trading company on the OTC our accountants create the financial statements that make-up the 10q, and then an independent Public Accounting firm, Fruci in this case, approved by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), reviews the books including, banks statements, notes payable, stock transactions, sales, inventory, accounts payables, salaries, etc. and gives an opinion that they believe (or not believe) that the financial statements presented materially represents the company's Financial position."

With Fruci being replaced by LJ Soldiner & Associates LLC, I hope we see a quicker turn around time.
