What is the estimated current float, 2017 says ~680M?

The Outstanding Shares have gone up tremendously, are there plans to reduce it back down via a reverse split or a share buy back?

Does the NUUU BODs envision eventually up-listing to a major exchange (such as NYSE or NASDAQ) or remaining on the OTC?
