Can't dilute when company is (currently) dormant bud, ASCM along with CFGN and some others always show up when a sub hits pennies. They are market makers, that's their job. These specific ones just choose to focus on the more liquid, slightly higher priced stocks. But you are right they are notorious dilutive MMs--but not in this case!
