Agree. Need to be patient with this one.

The company didn’t reinstate in Massachusetts after 3 years and reinstate in Delaware after 20 years for no reason. There definitely seems to be something in the works.

Check into Dan Powdermaker’s background. He’s been a director for Celerity Solutions Inc (Slingshot Software) since 2009. Below is a link to the announcement on the Slingshot website. They reinstated documents still show him as a director. Google him for additional details.
