The insiders know what is coming. That is why they are holding them tight.

The only reason they wouldn't sell a single share, even when pps spiked is the fact they know this is going up to new levels

The timeline is what it is. They aren't going to rush something and try to pull it back.

If it takes extra time to do things properly, I'm good with that plan.

The goods start with the Q3 filing IMO
