I guess the good thing is if Dennis took the assets of Loftwerks, then he also takes the liabilities that go along with them, therefore making the press release today in the Windsor Star a mute point for shareholders of SLJB. If those properties have been quit claim deeded to the new entity I am sure the attornies will see that quickly!
