1 The Bakery deal is not done.
2 Protecting the name of potential partner because that deal is not done

Sence I'm heavley involved I will accept that response for now

HOWEVER, if this deal reflects EAPH efforts with BAYER, the deal will be done the day after never.

I hope like hell I dont here the words that this deal with the bakery and the LP is entirely up to the LP as to when this deal is done.

EAPH needs to grow a backbone and demand the deal be done ba a certain date then share that date and the LP with stakeholders. VERY SOON.

THE HURRY is every day this deal slips is another day of lost revenue.
