Soon after this post 1037am, verified by L2 below, The .0066's at ASK were shown bought at the BID. Now how did the MM's manipulate the first two trades of the day?
Then the New Investor got filled at .0064, highlighted, until 1211pm when longs finally started to hit, .0063>.0064>.0067 to Close out the day.

And yes Short Traders manipulated the PPS the whole day, which aren't supposed to exist, not allowing the PPS to advance to where the Accumulation went at .0091 were it should be, instead of .0067.

But, that is ok, it will catch up shortly, IF Short Traders don't continue their manipulation.

Final Note: The whole month of October has been heavily shorted, as well as Sept, Aug, July and June at 50% to 65% average with some days at 85% and higher.
