ST, actually you are right. I misread it, too early and hadn't had my coffee. For transparency here is his reply which I feel is okay to share.

"There are some persistent rumors floating around and they are incorrect. We are not sitting on news, there is a plan for some communication prior to the formal 10-K filing, no one has any special information on the state of the business, the main M&A is still in work, and all of the initiatives that were discussed in the last earnings call are still in play -- plus more. This is a no-hype company, but they are working like crazy to set up a long list of positive initiatives that will propel the growth through fiscal 2020. The amount of travel (they are on a plane again today) has been astounding, but will be well worth the effort. The recent selling is unrelated to any company events, so consider it typical seasonal weakness mixed with profit taking.

I am not sure how many times I typed this during the big run that Verus made earlier this year, but "do not mistake silence for inactivity." This is a company on a mission and long-term investors should by now recognize that these kinds of pullbacks on a triple digit growth stock can be great buy points. The randomness of news is one of the hallmarks of Verus"
