A R/S at these numbers would be idiotic. Even if they crank it up to a max of 800 million O/S at .0001, (which is where they’re headed) what they can do a 200-1 and get the prove back to a horrid 02. A R/S will never happen without a major pump first. They have to get some shares out there to split. They will never ever break a billion O/S at this rate.
