The problem is NOT that there is no evidence. The problem is in recognizing the evidence. I find that many folks that have invested in scams and got ripped off, refuse to see the evidence, as that would mean they would have to admit they made a bad investment. An investment in a scam. That they were gullible and naïve, unsophisticated investors.
I have posted the many huge red flags, the evidence. The biggest and most obvious is the 3.7 billion increase in the OS in just 3 mouths. THAT, screams share selling scam. Then there are the delinquent filings and the talk from the company of getting current that never happened. ALL while increasing the OS by 3.7 billion shares... And to top it all off... News of a merger with a "company" with claims of millions in revenue to sell those shares, revenue that cannot be verified and looks very suspect. Heck, the company that wants to merge doesn't even have a valid business license. And they want to hook up with a share selling scam selling billions of shares in the very company they want to merge with??? That is of course, NOT the way a legit company making millions would want to go public.
Then there's the past baggage of Lans Holdings... The debt, the questionable revenue and clients that seemed to have just vanished without a word from the company. All the convertible debt with insiders and their associates... That all, likely the reason for the delinquent filings in the first place.
It's ALL a scam folks, a pipe dream... Those that can see, can see it clearly.
