A very very good addition to the team (not USMJ or affiliates), actually his spouse is very impressive as well, both very connected and she was even part of making a law happen. I'm shocked in wcvc value, have you realized as Dilution occurs (if that's what is happening) Nixon is diluting himself with us. This is not common in pennyland. He's not hiding behind prefered shares, he does have the voting power via prefered, but let's just say, if we do see a 200M well WCVC will have to take voting directly to shareholders across the country and I doubt this is something Nixon would want to see happen. There is a slight conflict with some information (relating to prefered to common conversion), I see on the recent reporting, based on 14c 9/30 it states Nixon owns 90% of voting rights based on OS at the time, his prefered is worth 100 of common then based on his 500k prefered (total of 50M voting common). Point is let's say there is 200M OS out there, that means Nixon would have 32% voting power. I dont think so, and if it is diluted like this this doesn't make sence for someone that is a fraud or deceptive shareholder structure because losing voting majority power could cause major changes.
If we are at 200M OS then .005 gives us a 1M value. This is a real brick and Mortar, real brands, real concepts, I saw with my own eyes sucess and see how they will be successful. This is just insainly undervalued. Just wild. Now we have a franchisee, ok for thouse whom dont beleive me follow the video trail I told you, there is a huge probability this is really happening this week. It trades under .005! Wow.
