This aligns with my idea that release and the IPO will occur at the same time. Most likely, with release upon completion of the IPO.

I also see this as plausible IPO timing. Waiting until after the election introduces a ton of execution risk in case a crisis happens, especially if we get a new president.

What I don't know is if Ackman has any insider information or if this is just pure speculation on his part. As a party to one of the lawsuits, I think he has at least some of the former.
