$HIHI CEO responded to my email.
They will release news when they have something significant to announce for full shareholder disclosure compliance.
They are working on Q3 2019 OTC Report and expect to file it on time, keeping company CURRENT.
The only thing he could say to my question is that they are making progress on the previously announced business plans.

I think they are acquiring CBD247 with $HIHI shares that's why restricted share count and OS is increased. (This is my personal opinion so I will hold and if it goes lower I will add.) GLTA
