The Company will offer retail consumers bottled CBD water and a CBD energy drink which will be produced by using nanotechnology and PH neutral drinking water without the use of chemicals. Nanotechnology will be utilized to shrink CBD into a nanoparticle size that is one-millionth of the original size making it easier to integrate into the water.
The Company believes the Nano-sized CBD will react immediately within the endocannabinoid system, which is tied into every other complex system, and bring great benefits to the whole body. The CBD water will be designed to have a clean smooth taste using only purified water. The Company is looking to enter into a partnership/licensing agreement that will support the Company’s branded consumer products businesses, however, there is no guarantee of this partnership/licensing agreement materializing.
Other CBD infused beverage products are in development and the Company is currently exploring acquisition opportunities in the branded consumer products space.
