well one thing is for sure. only 2.75 mil have been added to os and over 6 milly traded yesterday. this can only mean that somebody is very short in the stock and must cover. none of the 25 mil issued of the 27.75 mil os is coming into the market for another 4-5 months. so, whoever shorted yesterday, is on the hook to cover their short here. hral could get a huge move shortly.
