Thanks for the info. I have reviewed the press releases regarding the reformulation you discussed and definitely was of the impression that it would be a few years before this might be available. Considering the FDA would probably have to review and approve it may take longer than that-all IMHO.

I was over on the IV board and there was talk there as well about the fact that the trial outcome was not a big deal since the new shelf stable product would be ready in mid 2007 and this would avoid patent issue and need to pay royalties if the trial outcome is not favorable. I believe there are a lot of posters that may be of the immpression that the shelf stable product will avoid patent infringement issues. What little I have seen does not lead me to believe it will avoid the same patent issues Insmed now faces.
