SYNAVAX STATUS: DEAD--TRADEMARK ABANDONED - FAILURE TO RESPOND OR LATE RESPONSE
It appeared that Industrial Nanotech has abandoned the Industrial Nanotech name and their bizarre products such as Nansulate and Liquid Heat Shield and now is branding as Synavax, a trademark that they do not have. From what I read the trademark attempt is DEAD ABANDONED - FAILURE TO RESPOND OR LATE RESPONSE. Not only do that not have the trademark they are possibly infringing on other company names such as SYNAVEX, SYNALAX, SYNAVOX and DYNAVAX.
