The "EFFECT" was..
yesterday this was migrating up.. Then, up 20%, 2 momo guys showed up and brought followers moving it up more.. volume slowed, they run and dumped on their folks never to be heard from again..

That is the EFFECT.. The last flippers now leave this morning.. Then we migrate back up.. waiting on filings and more product news.
