Since the current shareholders will only own 20% of the company, and the Samsara shareholders will own 80% of the company, I believe the current shareholders may not be bidding up the company as the Samsara dilution will cause the outstanding to be measured a little over 3 billion shares.

So the Samsara shareholders will get 458 DAVC shares for each of their 5,244,000 current shares or 2.4 billion shares... add to that the 627 million current $DAVC shares, and this is the 3 billion shares I am using.

Now if the price a merger is .01 - that would mean a market cap of 30 million dollars for Samsara/DAVC...

The reported revenue of $6000 for 2018 is the most recent revenue, so would a 30 million dollar market cap be too low or too high.

It's just hard to say at this point, until Samsara releases more current financials... Here is the source of the numbers I used...
