Filings are not current. No filings since 2009.
The fact that Tony posted several forms on EDGAR without bothering to register with the SEC means those forms have no value whatever.
A lawyer letter will not do.
The proper filings have to be made to the OTC.

So they are delinquent since 2009.


Filings brought CLSI current through 2nd QTR 2019, CLANCY INTL IS a no scam Merger that has filings and IS ONLY awaiting attorney letter and 8K
