If I am not mistaken the stock options that were given in the settlement of the law suite that was settled allowed the owners of the options to buy the stock at a discount to current price, this could be whats holding stock at .0002 and explain the large volumes. This could be what is happening, not sure. This could be a good thing they waited for the stock to get to its lowest price before exercising there options.

The stock price is not going to make a significant move up till we see a good end of year quarter report or some other significant PR that is positive.
