Yep, exactly.

Though I think that holding an OTC shell is kind of a luxury. Many players get impatient and sell after it doesn't move within the time they expect because they feel pressure to come up with a "win" and may see a better play somewhere else. It helps if you have a sizable account and can therefore "afford" to hold forever.
