CBDZ has no interest at this time that I can find, if you read the filing it looks like they were intending on an acquisition but none has ever taken place with them. If it had you should also get a form 8 & or 13 filed also. At this time I see no connection other than the form 1-u, which was showing their intentions at the time. But I feel they have now moved on to KDC*, maybe because SFIO is no longer in the CBD/Vape game. If someone can provide another filing showing anything different please post it. Also if you check any of CBDZ SM you'll find no mention of SFIO but they do talk about KDC* and merging with them. At least that's the way I see things.
