binzur..that is my understanding as well...

"According to this you needed to own the stock Tuesday, not sell it until today and you are the owner of record and will receive the dividend after the close on Dec. 15th"

I think that he heavy selling today was because they can get the divy and some profits probably as well.

I think the closing of the golf course acquistion will be very positive for the company and share price and is one of the reasons I bought the stock after more than a 50% retrace from the divy pop.
