Mordical - I don't think anyone would need to buy SQUM in the case of a bankruptcy. One would only have to buy the rights to the technology from the lienholders and farm the manufacturing out to someone else.

In all honestry, as bad as I think SQUM looks, they have made it this far with pretty poor operating results. The CKYS orders should improve their results going forward.

I would guess most of the long-term debt will be renegotiated before year-end.
