This is very complex, no doubt.

All that matters is this. Are these companies infringing on VPLM's patents? That is all that matters. Many of us believe they are. All I want is a chance to argue this in court. If it's found they are not infringing, ok, we lose. Lets go to court and find out.

From what I hear, it would be impossible for these companies not to be infringing. So lets go to court and see if that is right.

Does VPLM know what they are talking about?
Well, they got an IPR sweep that companies with limitless money and employees don't get. So there's that.

There team corrected Apples expert in court, so there's that. VPLM has shown a few times they know what they are talking about.

I could care less if they have a product. There are so many examples of companies who patent something and don't have a product. Irrelevant argument.

So what, who cares. Emil didn't want to go down that road. He's been very clear for 6 plus years he wants to sell, license or sue. If he wins, he's set for life.
