I did no such thing. The disclosure was the 8-k. The email was a conversation not a disclosure. Apparently, RRBB had no information to disclose.

Everything prior to the 8-K is conjecture and hearsay. The only thing that matters is the 8-K and the fact that no audit for any year was ever filed and that RRBB severed ties with ARYC. Enjoy.
