BIG CELEBRATION coming for vplm for "winning" by not having to pay $60mm. Truly one of the funniest & most disingenuous things I've ever heard. Absolutely dictionary definition of pathetic.

I wonder if anyone knows exactly what the jury found them guilty of doing, specifically? It would be interesting to know. Also, would be interested in how the jury arrived at the $355k. And lastly, if sawyer was correct that those shares were assumed by RK, then what happens to them as far as being frozen or, if they never did go out from vplm treasury, what a bunch nonsense & lies for all these years. I'm guessing tho, that the professional auditor knew what he was talking about, ie, finding the shares gone in an unauthorized way. The whole thing sounded fishy to my from the git.

Well, time to go back to whooping up the 8-0 IPR sweep and guaranteeing not losing the new ones, and the best one of ALL TIME.......WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY $60MM. I'll never forget that one! A real classic.
