Bicycle tubes can usually be patched and reused.
Get a patch kit and do it yourself. Save $ and time.
Puntures or damage near the valve stem are hard to fix and replacement is better.
Sealants added to tubes are popular because they seal small punctures. No first hand experience, but I have heard good things.
