IMHO, fact worth mentioning.

Having known Boilermaker1 for many years, if he tells you something, you can take it to the bank. With his engineering background, he deals with the data, facts, and personal communications with NioCorp management. He doesn’t have any insider information, but with his past years of engineering experience and common-sense communications he speaks the truth. If Boilermaker1 tells you something, you need to be paying attention. He’s not yanking your chain or making BS predictions.

Boilermaker1 is one of very few people who have completely read, in detail, "every document" ever produced via NioCorp.
And, comprehended “every word” they’ve written.
I'm sure this fact is apparent to some of the folks on this forum.
