I beleve your right on your comments. From what I’ve been able to verify as fact. Alex wanted to put ZNGY in bankruptcy, this he thought could eliminate the outrageous fees TCA added to the loans. However if Alex did that, he knew the NAUP scam and the Entertrade deal would expose his scams. We may get lucky and it still happen.
