Where does it say WHO the CONSULTANT IS. There are many types of consultants which has been brought out before which you ignore.

Soooooooo..... Says nothing about BOCX


"Bocx gives a news release that Tri State is providing paid coverage." Does it say PAID? You're assuming Paid here.
