Mr Wick, you know there no way for a shareholder to take control of the shell. I believe TCA will
Take over the shell with the debt owed them. However from what I’ve been able to find, some debtors can ask the judge to review TCA outrageous add on charges that Alex refused to book on Zngy books. After this long, I doubt the court would try to clawback what Alex and Byron scammed with Alex NAUP deal. That could change if it goes into a 7
