XOM or SNP... what about CVX? or because they are op. for blk 1 and can not be op. on blk 2?

The DOJ could have been an insurance to make hell if the blocks fall into foreign hands.

If we were to delist from U.S. and list in London or elsewhere... how is the current shares be handled? Can it be done in the midst of the investigation by DOJ?
