And you KNOW that based on
??? I talked with Scott face to face. He is in charge of the engineering. We talked about grades of pipe, materials for pipe, and sizes of pipe. We talked about vendors for pipe and valves. Speaking as an engineer, that sure sounded like details to me. Have they actually hired a company to do the detailed engineering? I don’t think so. Has there been some detailed engineering done? Yes. There is a huge amount of numerical data in the air permit application. Those numbers did not come from SWAGS ( Scientific Wild Assed Guesses.) They came from engineers crunching numbers with digits after the decimal point. I think Scott knows exactly how long it will take to complete the engineering and I think it will be completed when it needs to be completed so as to NOT impact the schedule. The FS provided dimensions for various prefab metal buildings. This included length, width and eave height. There are companies that manufacture these buildings. You give them the dimensions and the zip code for where it will be erected. They put this into a computer and detailed drawings pop out a minute later.
