I hardly call under 500k shares traded daily a death spiral for a stock with this PPS, but each person is entitled to their own opinion.

Looking logically, they aren't diluting to the tune of billions of shares, and have successfully completed a 2 year audit with two events hopefully on the horizon (uplisting application and ecommerce site).

If you hate the stock or company, you can always sell.
