Again, not sure how you get "Settlement has been made in the case" from an inaccessible document (Number 21) dated, 10/25/2019.

I'm all for Jason pulling a rabbit out of a hat, but don't throw him invisible ones. Unless you have access to "Document 21," do keep it real, please!
